This form is required if your departure is delayed, you abandon the trip due to such delays, or for winter sports trips piste closure. - Personal Accident / Personal Liability
This form is required for claims relating to serious accidental bodily injury to the insured or incidents that you are legally liable for in respect of injury, damage or loss.
